Made with big juicy fermented Bhut Jolokia (AKA Ghost) Peppers, BHUT BURNER has a big fruity mango hit followed with an infusion of fragrant Indian spices. This is a low to medium heat chutney-style sauce. Try it as part of your papadum repertoire, add it to Raita or slop it all over a Roast Chicken Sandwich. Mmmm, fruity curried sauce.
